Pre Christmas Delivery Cut offs

For UK mainland - Thursday 18th December at 12pm

International orders - Wednesday 10th December 12pm GMT (Monday 8th December 12pm GMT for shipping to USA).

UK Orders

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2^nd class, which delivers Monday - Saturday.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. For orders with a value of over £75, they will be sent tracked and a signature may be required on delivery. Excludes Channel Islands, postage to this destination may take longer.

Europe

Please note due to new EU legislation, we are currently  unable to ship to other European countries or Northern Ireland. 

 International Orders (10-15 business days)

11th November 2025 - We have resumed shipping to USA for some of our Whitchurch Silk products. Duties will be shown at the checkout. 

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for service.  Parcels will be delivered by the national postal service in your delivery country.  A signature will be required on delivery.
